Inclusion Criteria
a)Patients with age group of 18-90 years.
b)Patients having two or more surgical sites, so that the wound have internal control surgical sites.
c)All patients on OAT ( Oral Anticoagulant Therapy) with INR less than 4.
d)All patients with anti platlet theraphy
e)Patients with bleeding disorders and INR( International Normalized Ratio) value less than 4
Exclusion Criteria
a) Patients allergic to sea food
b) Patients who are non co-operative
c) Patients with severe medical illness , who are not fit for surgery
