Pain,paresthesia,tingling or numbness in one upper extremity
Symptoms lasting for 2 weeks or more
Diagnosed case of cervical radiculopathy with posture of head in forward direction
Clinical prediction rule must be positive : Spurling test , upper limb tension test 1 and 2a and distraction
Craniovertebral angle less than 50 degrees
Any surgical history in past related to vertebral column of spine.
Any steroid injected in cervical spine in past 2-3 weeks.
Symptoms in both upper extremities.
Sign and symptoms related to upper motor neuron disease
