- •Absence of spinal deformity
- •ASA class =II
- •Children need hypospadias repair

- •Coagulation problems
- •Severe infections such as septicemia, meningitis
- •Brain tumors with increased intracranial pressure
- •Real sensitivity to local anesthetics
- •Chemotherapy
- •Unmodified hypovolemia
