  • Appendectomy or cholecystectomy surgery
Exclusion Criteria
  • Allergy to local anesthetics
  • Intolerance to tramadol HCl
  • Patient with peritonitis
  • Pregnant women
  • Surgery without laparoscopy
  • Chronic pain before the operation
