- Appendectomy or cholecystectomy surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- Allergy to local anesthetics
- Intolerance to tramadol HCl
- Patient with peritonitis
- Pregnant women
- Surgery without laparoscopy
- Chronic pain before the operation
