Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Over 18 years of age, having a hearing level greater than 30 decibels over 3 consecutive frequencies. by the time since the disease until less than 4 weeks, did not respond to treatment with oral prednisolone

Exclusion Criteria

  • Otitis, eardrum perforation, ear infection, history of head injury, history of surgery or an ear accident or have had radiation to the head and neck, received steroids by mouth or injection within 1 month before diagnosis, allergic to steroids or anesthetics, water in the ear, History of meningitis
