1. Senior citizens aged 60 and over living in Namdong-gu, Incheon
2. A person who can walk without assistance (wheel chair, walker)
Exclusion Criteria
1. If you have a disease or disorder that affects your participation in an exercise program (e.g. Parkinson's)
2. Persons with cognitive impairment
