Inclusion Criteria
- Patient undergoing cataract extraction procedure under local anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- Patients allergic to local anesthetic solutions.
- Presence local sepsis,
- Previous retinal or strabismus surgery in the same eye.
- Orbital abnormalities
- Previous subtenon's block in the same quadrant.
