入选标准
- •Cases- Inclusion criteria
- •1. Physician and radiologically diagnosed (HRCT) ILD
- •2. Both genders between 50-70 years
- •3. Clinically stable
- •4. Independently ambulant with or without assistive aids
- •Controls- Inclusion criteria
- •1. Healthy individuals (self-reported as absence of any comorbidities/ disorder/ pain),
- •who were patient care takers and people who came to hospital for a general check
- •2. Age group (18-80 years) and gender matched with case
排除标准
- •Cases- Exclusion criteria
- •1. Recent MI; unstable angina; acute pulmonary oedema; acute myocarditis or pericarditis;
- •severe cardiac rhythm disorders; non-ambulatory rheumatic disease; severe pulmonary
- •artery hypertension (PAH)
- •2. Acute exacerbation of ILD (mMRC grade 4)
- •3. Unable to ambulate
- •4. Unable to follow written & verbal commands
- •Controls- Exclusion criteria
- •1. Subjects with known history of any systemic disease
