This study aims to identify developmental delays in young children using the Trivandrum Developmental Screening Chart, a simple cost-effective tool. Children under 2 years of age will be screened in clinical setting to detect any delays in milestones. Early identification through this method allows for timely intervention, improving the long-term outcomes for affected children.

1.All Children between 1 month to 2 years of age.
Exclusion Criteria
- 1.Children identified with developmental delay.
- 2.Parents of children not willing to participate in study.

Name Time Method 1.Identify prevalence of developmental delay in a community and to find out risk factors of developmental delay at baseline
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 2.Early identification and early intervention will help to improve neurodevelopmental outcome of children 1 week after positive screening
