Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Age above 18 years.
  • •2\.Patients having confirmed diagnosis of decompensated cirrhosis, any etiology (CTP class B and C will be included)
  • •3\.Patients have given informed and written consent for participation in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Pre\-existing or known chronic kidney disease (CKD), cardiovascular accident, coronary artery disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
  • •2\.Diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma or other malignancy.
  • •3\.Acute on chronic liver failure (ACLF), AKI, Refractory Ascites
  • •4\.Active infection
  • •5\.Active bleeding within last 7 days
  • •6\.Human immunodeficiency virus seropositivity
  • •7\.Pregnancy and lactation
  • •8\.Refusal to participate in study
