入选标准
- •1.Age above 18 years.
- •2.Patients having confirmed diagnosis of decompensated cirrhosis, any etiology (CTP class B and C will be included)
- •3.Patients have given informed and written consent for participation in the study.
排除标准
- •1.Pre-existing or known chronic kidney disease (CKD), cardiovascular accident, coronary artery disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- •2.Diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma or other malignancy.
- •3.Acute on chronic liver failure (ACLF), AKI, Refractory Ascites
- •4.Active infection
- •5.Active bleeding within last 7 days
- •6.Human immunodeficiency virus seropositivity
- •7.Pregnancy and lactation
- •8.Refusal to participate in study
