入排标准
入选标准
- •RHD patients with symptomatic long standing persistent atrial fibrillation in the age group of >= 18years with LA diameter of more than 4.5 cm in heart failure with NYHA functional class >= II, despite optimal medical therapy will be included in the study.
排除标准
- •1-Severe valvular lesions requiring surgery or intervention
- •2- Significant Coronary artery disease
- •3-Ongoing infection
- •4-Pregnancy
- •5-Severe co-morbidies limiting life expectancy
- •6-Untreated hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism
- •7-Mental or physical inability to participate in the study
