Name Time Method The attrition rate of the Hospital under study will be estimated. This will help in understanding the reason for attrition and corrective action like framing HR policies , incentives (if needed) and can be ascertained. Measures to reduce the attrition can be adopted .Timepoint: 15-17 weeks.
