Inclusion Criteria
Patients posted for elective surgery under general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with in situ endotracheal tube, requiring rapid sequence intubation, pregnant women and those with the pathological conditions that could alter anatomy of face and neck such as burns related contractures, tumours or swellings involving head neck area

Name Time Method To evaluate incidence correlation by sensitivity specificity positive predictive value and negative predictive value between anticipated difficult airway by using Modified Mallampati classification and FRONT score and incidence of difficult intubation with the Cormack-Lehane grade visualized at the time of laryngoscopy.Timepoint: After Consent during Pre Anaesthesia Checkup
