Inclusion Criteria
patients aged 18 and older who are capable of giving consent and are currently being treated in the Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic; adequate German language skills; sufficient vision and reading ability; internet access; possession of a smartphone that supports downloading the app; ability to answer the questionnaires independently.
