Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Participants will be selected randomly at their own will regardless gender and regardless of their visual status be it normal; better than or equal to 20/20(6/6\) or corrected by glasses or contact lenses.
- •2\. Electronic media users having access to digital devices, e.g.computers, tablets/ I pads, android phones/iphones, television, kindles, video games that they are using for longer periods of time each day.
- •3\. Participants with an exposure of minimum 15 hours to more than 60 hours per week. Minimum two hours of continuous digital device usage per day since at least one month
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Persons with a systemic or ocular pathology , Ocular surgery
- •2\. High ametropia ( \= ± 6\.00 D)
- •3\. Any strabismic anomaly
- •4\. Any kind of vision therapy
- •5\. No medical eye diseases like colour blindness, glaucoma, trachoma, cataract, retinal detachment, retinal artery or vein thrombosis, iritis, keratitis or conjunctivitis.
- •6\. Persons presently on eye medications
- •7\. Currently performing eye exercises
