Inclusion Criteria
a. Age > 18 years (no age limit)
b. able to consent
c. Diagnosis of systolic heart failure in accordance with the latest available ESC/HF (European Society of Cardiology - Heart Failure) guideline (Ponikowski et al. 2016) (HFrEF)
Exclusion Criteria
- Severe psychiatric disease including dementia
-Thoracic wall disease
-Cardiac pacemaker
