Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Obese women with a body mass index equal to or higher than 30 kg per square meter.
- •Age group 25\-45 years.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Not having sufficient BMI of the subjects
- •Lack of interest in yoga and music
- •Lack of motivation of subjects in performing clinical trials
- •Not enough time by the subjects to do the test
