Inclusion Criteria
- •Revised cardiac risk index (RCRI) \< 2
- •Patients undergoing elective craniotomy for supratentorial tumors
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Pregnancy
- •2\.Age more than 65 years of age and less than 18 years of age
- •3\.Previous history of cardiac disease
- •4\.Any signs of acute decompensation
- •5\.Body mass index \> 35 kg/m2
- •6\.Refusal to participate in the study
