入选标准
- •.ASA grade 1 & 2 .Aged 18 to 65 years
- •.Undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia. .CO2 pneumoperitoneum of atleast 30 minutes duration
排除标准
- •1)Known or suspected allergy to Pregabalin.
- •2)History of uncontrolled hypertension
- •3)ASA PS 3/4 patients
- •4)Cognitive impairement, h/o dizziness
- •5)Currently using sedatives or anti convulsants
- •6)Preoperative anticipated difficult air way
- •7)Layngoscopy duration of >30 seconds or more than 1 attempt of laryngoscopy
