Inclusion Criteria
- •Pacientes sometidos a cirugía abdominal electiva sin patología renal y aquellos que tengan insuficiencia renal crónica moderada (Crs \>1,5mg/dl y \< 3 mg/dl) y firmen su consentimiento para participar en el estudio.

Exclusion Criteria
- •Insuficiencia renal crónica grave (Crs \>3 mg/dl). Cualquier patología que favorezca un manejo inadecuado del volumen infundido como insuficiencia cardiaca, insuficiencia respiratoria y descompensación hidrópica de origen hepático.
