- •Pacientes sometidos a cirugía abdominal electiva sin patología renal y aquellos que tengan insuficiencia renal crónica moderada (Crs >1,5mg/dl y < 3 mg/dl) y firmen su consentimiento para participar en el estudio.

- •Insuficiencia renal crónica grave (Crs >3 mg/dl). Cualquier patología que favorezca un manejo inadecuado del volumen infundido como insuficiencia cardiaca, insuficiencia respiratoria y descompensación hidrópica de origen hepático.
