Inclusion Criteria
American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II
Exclusion Criteria
1)Predicted difficult airway such as mouth opening < 2.5cm, upper airway anomalies, morbid obesity(BMI >35), short neck, obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome, edentulous patients.
2)Risk of aspiration like pregnancy, gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, non fasted.
3)Recent sore throat
4)Any position other than supine.
