Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •no anamnetic evidence of cardiovascular disease
  • •\- no acute and chronic injuries of the Achilles tendon

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- Previous physical activity of \> 60 minutes per week.
  • •\- Contraindications to exercise according to the guidelines of the ACSM
  • •\- No contraindications to supplemental nutrition or ergogenic supplements
