Inclusion criteria for centenarians:
- the study participant is age 100 years or older
- the study participant is able to give consent
Additionally in the second recruiting round (starting 2022):
For the descendants of the centenarians:
- The study participant is a direct descendant of the centenarians
Study participants (son / daughter or grandchild)
- The study participant is able to give consent
- The study participant is 18 years or older
For the control group of centenarians' offspring:
- The study participant must match a recruited offspring within the framework of an adapted control group according to their age and gender.
- The study participant is not a direct descendant (son, daughter, grandchild) of a person aged 100+.
- The study participant is able to give consent
- The study participant is 18 years or older
- Patients missing one or more requirements in the inclusion criteria
- Patients with incomplete consent form
