Inclusion Criteria
- •They have Cardiovascular disease
- •They are relatively stable in terms of Physical and Mental health
- •They have high Perceived Stress
- •They have high Alexithymia
Exclusion Criteria
- •They have a Mental or other Physical Illness
- •They have acute and severe symptoms of heart disease
- •They are under 20 years old or over 55 years old
- •People who are undergoing other psychological treatment at the same time
