Inclusion Criteria
1)Patients admitted to the ICU requiring central venous cannulation
2)20 to 60 years age, male or female
Exclusion Criteria
1)Infection at the site of IJV cannulation
2)Distorted anatomy due to defect/injury/previous surgery
3)Having arrhythmias and disorders like atrial fibrillation, premature beats, bundle branch blocks.
