Inclusion Criteria

ASA Grade 1 & 2, patients admitted for lower limb surgeries.

Exclusion Criteria

ASA grade 3 & 4, allergy to study drugs, HR<50/MIN, SBP< 100 mm hg, contraindications to regional anaesthesia.
