Inclusion Criteria
Volunteers aged 18 to 25 who have not previously practiced YVC procedure and with Eye Fatigue score exceeding 1will be included in the study
Exclusion Criteria
Volunteers with frequent symptoms of headache watering of eyes ocular pain chronic systemic illness color blindness any known neurological or psychiatric disorders lenticular or corneal opacity or retinal pathology
