1. Men and women over 18 years of age
2. CRE is continuously detected more than 2 times in stool test
[2] Control group
1. Men and women over 18 years of age
2. CRE is detected more than 2 times in stool test
3. FMT treatment is rejected but those who agree to participate in this study as a control group
1. Patients who need urgent treatment such as acute infectious diseases. But include the patients with C. difficile colitis.
2. Patients with the disease-causing severe immunosuppression.
3. Pregnant women
4. Patients to be inappropriate for the study when judged by the researchers
