Inclusion Criteria

(For patient group)

Adults in age range of 18-60 years;

Diagnosis of SMI

Clinically stable (operationally defined as absence of exacerbation of illness requiring increase in drug doses by greater than 50 % in last 3 months (Lobana et al, 2001) and no admission in Psychiatry Ward in last 3months)

Any gender

Availing T-PSR services since atleast 6 months

They should have access to any smart phone with internet connection

Can comprehend and speak either of these languages Hindi, English or Punjabi

Having Mental Capacity as per MHCA, 2017

(For Caregiver group)

Above 18 years of age

Any gender

Can comprehend and speak languages Hindi or English or Panjabi

Caregiver to be defined as per MHCA, 2017.

Those who will give written consent to participate in the study (through whatsapp/email)

Exclusion Criteria

(For patient group)

Patients suffering from tuberculosis, HIV & AIDS and other unstable medical, surgical and neurological disorders (head injury, dementia, delirium or epilepsy) requiring active intervention.

Those who are not willing to take tele-psychosocial rehabilitation services

Patients with substance dependence (except nicotine and caffeine).

Presence of developmental or intellectual disability

(For Caregiver group)

Presence of any major psychiatric illness, or substance dependence (except nicotine and caffeine)

Presence of developmental or intellectual disability
