1. ASA score 1
2. Patient requiring surgical removal of third molar mesioangular impaction with difficulty index described by Pederson as moderate and will be measured from panoramic radiograph
3. Patient agreement to surgical procedure and clinical trial, providing informed consent
4. Patient not under antibiotics for the past 30 days
1. The patient has a systemic illness which contradicts the surgery on patients
2. Immunosuppressive treatment
3. Smoking
4. Peptic ulcer
5. Alcoholic
6. Pregnant women or women who were lactating
7. Previously radiated maxillofacial region
8. Patients with difficulties in completing the study or who will not sign the consent form
9. Known or suspected to be allergic to anti-inflammatory drugs or antibiotics
10. Carious or nonimpacted third molars
11. Those with signs of pericoronitis and
12. Those in whom excessive technical difficulty will be expected.
