Inclusion Criteria
1. Age between 18 and 22 years
2. Healthy sedentary lifestyle female university students (exercise < 3o min twice a week during the previous 3 months)
3. Body mass index 23 kilograms/square meter or over
Exclusion Criteria
1. The participants in treatment group (exercise with Surya Namaskar yoga) who perform other exercises during participate in this study
2. The participants in control group (no exercise) who perform any exercise during participate in this study
