Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age between 18 and 22 years
- •2\. Healthy sedentary lifestyle female university students (exercise \< 3o min twice a week during the previous 3 months)
- •3\. Body mass index 23 kilograms/square meter or over
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. The participants in treatment group (exercise with Surya Namaskar yoga) who perform other exercises during participate in this study
- •2\. The participants in control group (no exercise) who perform any exercise during participate in this study
