Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with secured diabetes type I and type II; HbA1c \>/\= 7, 5%; increased emotional stress scores (PAID\-Score\>33, PAID\-K\-Score\>/\= 6, WHO\-5\-Score\</\=13 or perceived as very stressed by the therapeutic team); age 18\-70 years; treatment in a diabetic outpatient clinics; completed diabetes training; written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with (a) severe comorbid physical diseases (e.g., advanced oncologic diseases), (b) severe mental diseases (dementia, severe depressive episode, psychosis, addiction), (c) inadequate knowledge of German language
