Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Healthy old people 75 years or older
  • 2\) Person who can take squat for at least 10 seconds
  • 3\) Person who can walk for 15 minutes without any auxiliary tools
  • 4\) Independent walking and everyday life
  • 5\) Korean version of mini\-mental state examination (MMSE\-K) score of 24 or higher

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\) those with kidney, liver disease, or cognitive problems
  • 2\) People who are wearing Artifial Face Maker
  • 3\) Those with orthopedic problems in the lower limbs that may adversely affect the study results
  • 4\) Those who expressed their intention to give up during this study
  • 5\) Participation rate less than 80% during the research period
