Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Healthy old people 75 years or older
- •2\) Person who can take squat for at least 10 seconds
- •3\) Person who can walk for 15 minutes without any auxiliary tools
- •4\) Independent walking and everyday life
- •5\) Korean version of mini\-mental state examination (MMSE\-K) score of 24 or higher
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) those with kidney, liver disease, or cognitive problems
- •2\) People who are wearing Artifial Face Maker
- •3\) Those with orthopedic problems in the lower limbs that may adversely affect the study results
- •4\) Those who expressed their intention to give up during this study
- •5\) Participation rate less than 80% during the research period
