Name Time Method alpha diversity (Chao Index) based on 16s rRNA analysis of fecal microbiota composition before and after nutritional intervention.<br>Primary endpoint is the change in alpha diversity as measured by the Chao Index from before to after intervention. Chao index will be calculated from 16srRNA based amplification of bacterial DNA in fecal samples.
