Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Persistent lower back pain after atleast 3 months of appropriate medical treatment
- •Clinically proven facet joint arthropathy
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient refusal
- •Known allergy to local anaesthetics or contrast dye
- •History of coagulopathy and anticoagulant intake
- •History of psychiatric illness
- •Anatomic deformity
- •Pain extending below the knee joint
- •Leg pain \>back pain
- •Any permanent neurological deficit
- •Any radiologically proven cause of low back pain i.e. pottâ??s spine , metastasis.
- •BMI \> 30 kg/m2
