•1. Patients belonging to the age group between 4-12 years.
•2. Patient of all sexes whom satisfying the A and B of 2018 IACS criteria for the diagnosis of Scabies.
•3. Patients whose parents are willing to give written consent to participate in the study and giving the verbal assent (Child participants aged between 7-12years).

•1. Children suffering from any major complications and co-morbidities.
•2. Suffering from Complicated Scabies by secondary infections & crusted Scabies.
•3. Children on active treatment from any other system of medicine.
•4. Patients who are already taking treatment for scabies with provision of washout period of less than 15 days.
•5. Psychologically unstable (Insane or maniacal) patients.
