- •Voluntary participation and consent
- •- Understanding of the nature, scope, significance and consequences (full legal capacity)
- •- regular sports activity (= 5 hrs/week) with strength training experience
排除标准
- •- intake of perception-altering substances and/or painkillers
- •- acute injuries or serious diseases (cardiovascular/pulmonary/renal dysfunction, neurological/psychological diseases, advanced degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system, incompletely healed sports injuries) that affect the quality of life and/or physical performance
- •- Pregnancy/nursing period
