Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Voluntary participation and consent
  • •\- Understanding of the nature, scope, significance and consequences (full legal capacity)
  • •\- regular sports activity (\= 5 hrs/week) with strength training experience

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- intake of perception\-altering substances and/or painkillers
  • •\- acute injuries or serious diseases (cardiovascular/pulmonary/renal dysfunction, neurological/psychological diseases, advanced degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system, incompletely healed sports injuries) that affect the quality of life and/or physical performance
  • •\- Pregnancy/nursing period
