Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. A male patient aged 19 to 55 who was diagnosed with HIV infection by western blot analysis and was visiting Dongsan Medical Center infectious disease outpatient department
- •2\. Currently on combination antiretroviral therapy (cART)
- •3\. Patients with HIV\-RNA less than 50 copies/m
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients currently treated with acute/subacute disease other than HIV infection
- •2\. Patients currently treated with opportunistic infections
- •3\. Patients diagnosed with liver cirrhosis (over C\-P criteria A) and severe renal impairment(eGFR \<30\)
- •4\. Patients who have been diagnosed with congenital hypogonadism or currently undergoing treatment
- •5\. Patients with a history of testosterone, anabolic agents, antiandrogens, estrogens, glucocorticoids, GnRH analog, growth hormone, IGF\-1 treatment in 3months
- •6\. Patients who have been diagnosed or currently treated for endocrine disorders that can cause hypogonadism(Hyperprolactinemia, Hypothyroidism, Pituitary disease, Testicular disease, Adrenal disease)
- •7\. Patients previously undergoing pituitary surgery/radiation
- •8\. Patients who have been diagnosed with malignant tumors
