- Age -> 18
- Written informed consent
- Diagnosis seasonal affective disorder in remission
Exclusion Criteria
- Not being able to read and write Dutch
- Severe of nonseasonal depression
- Severe psychiatric comorbidity
- Receiving psychotherapy
- Not having a CD player
