- •- Diagnosis seasonal affective disorder in remission
Exclusion Criteria
- •- Not being able to read and write Dutch
- •- Severe of nonseasonal depression
- •- Severe psychiatric comorbidity
- •- Receiving psychotherapy
- •- Not having a CD player
