Inclusion Criteria
- •First\-time mothers attending antenatal OPD at KLES Dr. Prabhakar Kore Hospital \& MRC. With a singleton pregnancy. At 20\-24 weeks of gestation. Fathers who are available in OPD to attend one session
Exclusion Criteria
- •Mothers who are irregular for visits. Not willing to take part in the study. Pre\-term delivery
