- •1.Older adults aged 60 and over
- •2.Independent ambulators
- •3.Both men and women
- •4.Understands commands
排除标准
- •1.History of diabetes >5 years
- •2.Lower extremity (LE) peripheral compromise
- •3.Neurological or psychological deficits
- •4.Peripheral Vascular disease
- •5.Anyone who in the past year had experienced a LE bone or joint injury or disease
- •6.Has been diagnosed by a health professional as a moderate to high fall-risk
- •7.Have been taking medication that affected walking and/or balance.
