Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Older adults aged 60 and over
  • •2\.Independent ambulators
  • •3\.Both men and women
  • •4\.Understands commands

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.History of diabetes \>5 years
  • •2\.Lower extremity (LE) peripheral compromise
  • •3\.Neurological or psychological deficits
  • •4\.Peripheral Vascular disease
  • •5\.Anyone who in the past year had experienced a LE bone or joint injury or disease
  • •6\.Has been diagnosed by a health professional as a moderate to high fall\-risk
  • •7\.Have been taking medication that affected walking and/or balance.
