Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Older adults aged 60 and over
- •2\.Independent ambulators
- •3\.Both men and women
- •4\.Understands commands
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.History of diabetes \>5 years
- •2\.Lower extremity (LE) peripheral compromise
- •3\.Neurological or psychological deficits
- •4\.Peripheral Vascular disease
- •5\.Anyone who in the past year had experienced a LE bone or joint injury or disease
- •6\.Has been diagnosed by a health professional as a moderate to high fall\-risk
- •7\.Have been taking medication that affected walking and/or balance.
