This study aimed to analyze the covariation between facial shape (FS), dental arch shape (DAS), and bite force (BF) altogether using three-dimensional landmark-based geometric morphometrics. Our null hypothesis that there is no correlation between these variables in western population was confirmed.

Extreme dental occlusion conditions (protrusive, retrusive or cross-bite), surgical intervention of the jaws, actual or recently completed orthodontic treatment, structurally weakened anterior teeth (due to large fillings or crowns), pregnancy, simultaneously participation at any other study
