Inclusion Criteria
patients ready to give inform consent
patient of age group between 18years to 70 years of either gender
patients of American society anesthesiology grade 1 and 2
patients plannded elective surgery under local anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
The patients falling within American society anesthesiology grade 3 and 4
those who are under 18 years and above 70 years
pregnant womens
mentally retarded patients
