Inclusion Criteria
1.Age above 18. (both type 1 and type 2 DM)
2.Patient who gives informed written consent
3.All types of Diabetic foot ulcers Wagnerâ??s Grade 2, Grade 3,Grade 4 with or without any forefoot Amputation
Exclusion Criteria
1.Wagners Grade 5 ulcer
2. Bleeding Diathesis
3. Patient not admitted for IPD
4. Patient suffering from veno-occlusive disease
5. Patients on corticosteroids and immunosuppressive

Name Time Method 1.To compare granulation tissue formation as percentage of ulcer surface area. <br/ ><br>2.Rate of decrease in wound size <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Diabetic wound will be followed up for next 10 days and Final assessment will be done on the 10th Day. <br/ ><br>
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1.Prevalence of Infection at the site of wound as evidenced by Pus C/s taken before first and after the last dressing. <br/ ><br>2.Spectrum of Microbiological organisms <br/ ><br>3.Relation between inflammatory markers ESR , CRP and Procalcitonin and wound Healing <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Diabetic wound will be followed up for next 10 days and Final assessment will be done on the 10th Day.
