•1 Patient between age group of 20 to 60 years.
•2 A newly diagnosed and acute on chronic case of Amlapitta presenting with Avipaka(Indigestion), Utklesha(Nausea), Tikta-amlodgara(Eructuation with bitter and sour taste), Gourava(Feeling heaviness of the body), Hritkanthadaha(Burning sensation in the chest and throat), Agnimandya(Loss of appetite)

•1 Patients those who are on NSAID
•2 Patients suffering from other systemic illness such as Grahani(irritable bowel syndrome), Parinamashula(Pain after the digestion of food), Annadravashula(Pain before and during the digestion of food).
•Known and diagnosed patients with peptic uilcer, duodinal ulcer, carcinoma of stomach, cardiac disorders.
•taking medicines for any other diseases such as IHD and Renal Failure.
•Patients on treatment of other systems medicine for Amlapitta
•Pregnant women
•Lactating Women
