简要总结

The present study aims at developing a mental health promotion program based on yoga psychology, for improving well-being as well as reducing distress in community adults. For the development of this module, a survey with experienced mental health practitioners as well as community adults will be done initially. In this study, yogic wisdom amongst community adults will also be explored. Subsequently based on these insights and literature review, the module will be developed and validated with experts in the field, before conducting a pilot test of this mental health promotion program with community adults.

  • Proficiency of English Language, Minimum 10 years of Formal Education.

排除标准

  • • Individuals diagnosed with axis I psychiatric disorders and having an ongoing treatment • Individuals who have received any structured psycho-social intervention in the last 6 months • Individuals who may not have access for online intervention • Individuals with any kind of physical limitations which make it difficult for them to participate in an online intervention.
  • • Individuals who may not have privacy at home for participating in the intervention.
