Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Children weighing 5 to 10 kg of either sex belonging to ASA grade I and II undergoing elective surgery or procedure under general anesthesia in lateral position will be included in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Congenital airway abnormality
- •2\. Anticipated difficult airway
- •3\. Active Upper respiratory infection
- •4\. Risk of aspiration (gastrointestinal obstruction, pyloric stenosis)
