Patients of cervical radiculopathy in the age-group of 30-60 years.
Patients of all genders.
Patients with signs and symptoms of cervical spondylosis with radiculopathy; and radiological changes suggestive of the disease.(McDonald M A; Kirsch F E; et al., 2019)
Cervical radiculopathy diagnosed by positive response to at least one of the four Upper Limb Tension Tests; with symptoms of cervical radiculopathy for less than 6 months. (Thoomes, et al., 2018)
Pain intensity score of 30-60 mm on a 100-mm visual analog scale (VAS)
Willingness to give informed consent.
Pregnant and lactating women.
Any history of cardiac, hepatic, renal diseases.
History of spinal whiplash injury / fracture.
History of any spinal surgery.
Patients taking NSAIDs or corticosteroids (Washout period : NSAIDs - 01 week; Corticosteroids - 6 weeks).
Known cases of any other disease of cervical spine like Ankylosing spondylitis, any Vascular lesions, Neoplasms and myelopathy.
Patients taking any non-pharmacological therapy for the same complaint in the past 4 weeks. (eg. Acupuncture, Hijamah, physiotherapy etc.).
Patients of bleeding disorders/ anaemia (Hb � 9gm %). Patients taking Anti-coagulants.
HIV/AIDS, HCV and HBsAg positive patients.
Patients with uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus (HbA1C >7%) and hypertension (Systolic >129 mm Hg, Diastolic > 89 mm Hg).
Alcoholic patients, tobacco users.
